Hi y’all. Welcome to my world!

I’m Allison Peteet. I'm a Southern gal with years of experience in Real Estate, Government Finance/Taxes, and the Food & Beverage/Hospitality Industry. Uptown Downtown Gal is allowing me the opportunity to do what I love doing best – helping others.

Helping others has always been a passion of mine. And for that reason, I have volunteered with many wonderful organizations. I have built homes with Habitat for Humanity, delivered meals for Meals on Wheels, been a Guardian ad Litem for children in foster care, organized food drives with our local Baskervill Food Pantry, was a receptionist for the Smith Medical Clinic, and so much more.

As a Virtual Assistant, I am available for hire to build and design your website, set-up and/or manage your social media accounts, marketing, and other tasks to take your business to the next level. I will also offer an abundance of FREE valuable information and recommendations for my “Do-It-Yourself” friends.

As a Lifestyle Blogger, I will bring you interesting, informative, and fun articles about Recipes, Finance, Healthy Living, Travel, Blogging, and more.

I have always been a believer in “Working Smarter, Not Harder”! For that reason, I have taught myself how to organize my time, manage my finances, and find creative ways to do just that.
